Customers Please Note :
  1. We will provide you with a written Estimate unless:
    a) you decline one, and
    b) you authorize a maximum amount you will pay for repairs, which will not be exceeded.
  2. We do not charge a fee for Estimates, but may bill separately for Diagnostic Time.

    OR

    If we charge a fee for an Estimate, it is $55.00 and includes the cost of any Diagnostic Time. The fee will be waived if the work is authorized and carried out. The fee will apply if the authorization is unreasonably delayed and the vehicle is reassembled before being repaired.
  3. Our Labour Rate is $70.00 per hour based on actual time spent servicing your vehicle.

    OR

    Our labour rate is $70.00 per hour. We use a flat rate system published in an industry accepted guide book, listing representation time requirements for specific vehicle repairs and services.
  4. We do not charge for Diagnostic Time

    OR

    We charge for Diagnostic Time at $70.00 per hour
  5. a) Neither we nor the technician repairing your vehicle receive any commission for parts sold.

    OR

    b) Commissions for parts sold are determined in the following manner: 10%
  6. Other charges that may apply.
    Storage------------------------------ $20.00
    Pickup or Delivery-------------- $50.00
    Loaner vehicle------------------- N/A
  7. Parts removed in the course of repairs will be made available to you when the work is completed unless:
    a) You advise at the time of authorized that you don't require the part;
    b) The part is replaced under a warranty that requires return of the part to the manufacturer or distributor; or
    c) You are not charged for the replacement part or for work on or repair to the part.
